What counts as one analysis?
One idea, analysed end to end: live research for competitors, the company most likely to copy it, the ten moat tests and a recommendation. Opening, sharing or publishing an analysis you already have is free.
Which allowance is used first?
Your free monthly analyses first, then your Investor allowance if you have one, then pack credits. Pack credits never expire.
What if an analysis fails?
If an analysis doesn't finish, it isn't counted. Your credit or allowance is returned automatically.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and issues your receipts. You can see invoices, update your card or cancel from Manage billing in your account.
How does the free trial work?
The Investor plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 10 analyses. A card is required, but you aren't charged until the trial ends, and we email you before it does. Cancel any time during the trial from Manage billing and you won't be charged. One trial per customer.
What is the sign-up bonus?
Every new account gets 5 bonus analyses, no card needed, on top of the 3 free analyses each month. Bonus analyses never expire.
Can I cancel the Investor plan?
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer pricing for universities and accelerators?
